pleasant stay but minor areas for improvement
The room featured quality amenities and was clean as new. Garden walks were serene and beautifully maintained. Breakfast showcased local ingredients, served hot and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the lovely garden view.
Some minor noise from nearby roads was occasionally noticeable.

That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in pretty area, near to the Conservatory with views over the garden, perfect getaway, and garden. Had freshly cooked breakfasts with eggs from their hens.

Had a really lovely stay on first visit to Suffolk, everything was perfect. The location in the middle of the town was lovely and perfect.

Just a nice choice for a mini-vacation in Saxmundham with really good value. The room featured quality amenities, making our stay comfortable. Bring an eye mask for better sleep when the sun rises early.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere, with beautifully maintained gardens for leisurely strolls. My room was immaculate, and I appreciated the fresh milk delivered daily. The breakfast was really good, with locally sourced ingredients.
A mini fridge would have been handy.

Beautiful grounds for walks and a warm breakfast experience.
The sun was up early, and without blackout curtains in the room, it made it difficult to sleep in. A mini fridge would have been a handy addition to keep drinks cool and snacks fresh .

The beautiful double room offered high-quality amenities and was super clean throughout my five-night stay. A highlight was the fresh orange juice served during breakfast. A mini fridge for snacks would have been a nice addition, and blackout curtains would help with the early sunrise disrupting sleep. Despite these minor inconveniences, the stay was quite enjoyable.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and included eggs from their hens. the staff was friendly and approachable. - the room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and luxurious with a view. - the location was perfect for exploring Peasenhall and local pubs. - It was a short walk from a historic church.
